At Leonardo Hotels we think it is important that you are well and fairly rewarded! The monthly gross salary is determined on the basis of your position, education and experience. In doing so, we adhere to the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement of the Royal Horeca Netherlands and use the Reference Functions of the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement as a guideline.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
In the case of full-time employment, each employee is entitled to 25 vacation days, which are accrued per month. You record these days in consultation with your manager. It is important that you take your accrued vacation days every year, so that you get enough rest and relaxation. Do you want to take more days off? Then there is the option to use unpaid leave in consultation.
KNOW WHERE YOU WORK
Leonardo Hotels thinks it is important that you know where you work (“Weet Waar je Werkt”)! When you have completed your probationary period, we will give you an overnight stay in the hotel where you work, including breakfast and dinner. You deserved that!
