Duty Manager
You are the point of contact for the operational departments within the hotel and, more importantly, for our guests! You provide them with all the information they need and speak to them with your warm smile. You make daily rounds of the rooms to check that everything looks perfect for today's arrivals. In addition, you motivate and coach your colleagues to deliver the top service our guests have come to expect. As an emergency coordinator, you remain calm and composed. With your eye for detail, you never miss a thing and assure guests and colleagues of a safe working environment. Furthermore, you'll help when the Front Office is busy, answer online reviews from our guests and know exactly what needs to be done to exceed our guests' expectations.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?- You have completed MBO-4 or HBO education in Hotel/Hospitality Management and at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the hotel industry.
- You have experience in managing a shift and are ready for the next step.
- You are proactive, creative and a born team player.
- You like hard work and you are not afraid to take responsibility.
- You are fluent in English, preferably another language.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS? That's a nice plus!
