The mise-en-place is completed and you are ready to start the show. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes. You work in a dynamic kitchen environment: one day you prepare premium meats, the next day fresh fish and other top-quality ingredients.

Stress in the kitchen? Not for you. You maintain oversight, keep a clean and organized workspace, and ensure your partie runs smoothly during service. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and want to learn more about cooking techniques, this is the place for you.

By now, we have become a well-known name in Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers a spectacular view over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you’ll find Floor17, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and dishes at 85 meters high.

Our rooftop terrace hosts the most exciting events, such as movie nights, ice hockey games, and relaxing yoga sessions. Want to hold a meeting with a breathtaking view? That’s possible too!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CHEF DE PARTIE

• Completed culinary training or at least 2 years of kitchen experience

• Ability to work multiple parties

• Passion for fresh ingredients and fusion-style cooking

• Creative mindset and willingness to improve dishes

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Flexible and available in evenings, weekends, and holidays
