During the night, you will be the point of contact for our guests. While everyone is asleep, you ensure the safety of our guests and the smooth running of the night. You know how to act in case of an unexpected situation and/or calamity, are confident and stress-resistant. Besides ensuring safety in our hotel, you are responsible for running the Night Audit and completing other administrative tasks. You will also help our guests check in and out. You are the rock in the fire who takes responsibility for the safety and comfort of our guests. You always go the extra mile, for the guest and your colleagues. Working at night is not a problem for you, you can cope well with the rhythm changes that come with night shifts.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT NIGHT RECEPTIONIST?

• You have at least a completed MBO-4 education.
• You can cope well with the rhythm changes associated with night shifts.
• You are stress-resistant, guest-oriented and a hard worker.
• You have knowledge of Opera PMS or another hotel reservation system.
• You are available in the night on Monday, Tuesday and Wedsnesday. 
• You are fluent in English and Dutch and also manage in other languages.
• Do you have a valid BHV diploma? That's a nice plus!
