For the Leonardo Hotel Eindhoven City Center we are looking for a full-time Host Intern. You will join a dynamic team that is eager to share knowledge and experience with you. As a Host Intern you will work in all departments and you will be the contact person for guests and the face of the hotel.

What will you be doing?
You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You help guests check in, tell them which highlights they really shouldn't skip. In between you get a call from a guest who would like to reserve a room for next week. No problem, you arrange it! The next guests check out with you. You are wildly curious about how they experienced their stay. You take the guests' suitcases, so they can go back into town. They indicate that they will come back again soon. That's what you do it for!

You are a jack of all trades and get serious energy from varied work.

Who are you?

• You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently.
• You are flexible and take initiative whenever possible.
• You are a real go-getter, eager to learn and enthusiastic for the job
• You are a student at the ''Middelbare Hotelschool, Luchtvaartdienstverlening or Leisure and Tourism'' or a comparable study
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. Do you also speak French, German or Spanish? That will make us even happier!
• You know how to work with Opera Cloud. 
• You live in the Eindhoven area.
