Your main responsibilities:

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of Leonardo Oranje Hotel Leeuwarden.

• Lead and inspire: Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Champion guest satisfaction: Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, going the extra mile whenever needed.
• Operational involvement: Support your team on the floor when required, while representing the hotel externally as its ambassador.
• Strategic leadership: Define policies, oversee implementation, and ensure alignment with Leonardo Hotels' standards.
• Revenue & performance: Take full responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets, with a strong focus on rooms and overall hotel performance.
