You are the first point of contact for our guests; both by e-mail, by telephone and face-to-face. You check each guest in and out smoothly. You also provide them with all the information they need. Want to grab a bite to eat somewhere? You know where. Do you think a guest needs an upgrade? You arrange it. You also manage the cash register at the Front Office, ensure the correct administrative processes and process incoming reservations. Thanks to your sharp eye and your warm welcome, the guest has no choice: he or she has to come back!

  • You have experience in a similar position or you are open to learning everything at the reception;
  • You are representative and have strong communication skills, after all, you are our calling card!;
  • You are flexible in working hours and are available on weekends and holidays;
  • You speak fluent English and preferably another language;
