Night Receptionist

Working at night? No problem for you! As a hospitable Night Receptionist you are the contact for our guests during the night and you guarantee the safety of the hotel. That's why you regularly make security rounds during your shift and keep a close eye on everything. When you start working, some guests are already settled in their rooms. For others, the night has just begun. You speak to them and make sure each guest feels welcome. During the night you often work alone, with your great sense of responsibility you stand firm in your shoes. Unexpected situations? No problem, stress does not take over from you! A bit of administration, such as the night audit, processing payments and printing reports, is also part of your duties.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT NIGHT RECEPTIONIST?

• You have a completed MBO-4 or HBO education and you have at least one year of work experience in the Front Office.
• You are energetic and inspire your team to go all the way for our guests!
• You are proactive, take initiative and you are a born team player.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably another language.
• You are in possession of a BHV diploma or willing to obtain one.
• Opera experience is a plus!
