Lobby Ambassador

As a Lobby Ambassador, you are the face of Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Together with your team, you are responsible for creating the optimal guest experience and optimising guest satisfaction. You treat every guest as a VIP and your personal tips ensure a memorable visit to Amsterdam. You work closely together with the Management Team and can be flexibly deployed in the various operational departments. You keep an eye on the lobby and signal in time when guests are missing something. You will also help them with questions and minimise waiting time. In short, hospitality is in your blood!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?

• You have experience in similar positions where hospitality, in the broadest sense of the word, was at the forefront.
• You won't take "no" for an answer!
• You are energetic, enthusiastic, creative and know how to apply this in your work.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and work independently.
• Your English is both written and modal excellent! Do you speak a second language? That is a nice plus!
