What will you be doing?
As Hotel Manager, you are a proud leader of the team at Jan Luyken. Guest satisfaction is your number one priority, and you’ll go above and beyond to make it happen. You guide and motivate your colleagues to provide the absolute best service to guests every day. You are not shy to roll up your sleeves and support in operations where needed, while also being the warm, welcoming face of the hotel to the outside world. Together with the management of Leonardo Hotels Benelux, you will set the policy and bring it to life. You are ultimately responsible for determining and achieving the established revenue and profit targets.
Who are we?
Jan Luyken is owned and operated by Leonardo Hotels Group Leonardo Hotels is a young company with a large dose of ambition, positivity and creativity! The chain was founded in 2005, and we have made a lot of progress since then - by adding new hotels to the portfolio and launching new restaurant concepts, but also through becoming part of Leonardo Hotels in 2018 in the Benelux.
As Leonardo Hotels Benelux, we are within the large Leonardo Hotels Group, responsible for all activities for the 28 hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. At Leonardo Hotels we care deeply about personal growth, connection, and making an impact together. On average, our colleagues work with us for four years, because we always look for good internal career opportunities - and we are quite proud of that!
Jan Luyken is a townhouse in the heart of Amsterdam, where the Museum Quarter meets the city’s most elegant shopping street. At Jan Luyken, we offer guests more than just a hotel room. What can you expect from us?
- A full-time contract of 1year (with an intention to extend).
- A competitive salary depending on years of experience; and skills.
- 25 days of holiday days and the option to buy 5 extra days.
