Together with your team, you provide a unique guest experience and excellent service every day. You will guide your team of supervisors, employees, and interns. You train and coach them where needed and they can always count on you. Do you notice that some procedures do not quite meet the needs of the guests? Then you know exactly what is needed to set up new procedures. You share this knowledge and responsibility with your team. You are flexible and react proactively to changes in the deployment of your team. You are responsible for the correct administration of current cases and ensure that everything is well documented.

You are also closely involved in maximizing turnover through upselling, revenue, cost control and quality improvement. In addition, you will be in daily contact with our housekeeping department, which is facilitated by an external company, to ensure that the day proceeds smoothly. Each shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed the expectations of the guests and your team!

  • You have the ability to work and think at a minimum level of bachelor’s degree (higher hotel education is an advantage).
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • You inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests.
  • You pay attention to details but know how to keep an overview of the entire department.
  • You know how to deal with maximizing turnover and controlling costs.
  • You are proactive in making decisions and like to take responsibility.
  • You have knowledge of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing. An additional modern foreign language (French, German or Spanish) is a great advantage.
  • A flexible work schedule is no problem for you!
