Front Office Employee
Upon arrival, you are the first impression for our guests and therefore the business card of Leonardo Boutique Museumhotel Amsterdam City Center. Because of you our guests feel at home with us from the first contact moment. Every guest is checked in and out smoothly by you. In addition, you provide them with all the information they need. A bite to eat somewhere? You know where. A day of sightseeing? You map out the right route for them. Furthermore, you handle all other questions and requests from our guests, you answer the phone and e-mail, you take care of the administrative tasks for the Front and Back Office, you take and process room reservations and you ensure the safety of the hotel. Thanks to your keen eye and your warm welcome, guests are bound to come back!
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCH A GOOD FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEE?
- You have work experience in a Front Office within the hotel industry.
- With your guest-oriented attitude you know how to pamper our guests.
- You are able to work a shift independently.
- You are flexible in working hours and are available on weekends and holidays.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably another language.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS? That is a nice plus!
