As Front Office Employee you are the business card of the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark and you radiate that! You make all our guests feel at home from the first contact moment, whether by email, phone or face-to-face. Every guest is checked in and out smoothly by you and you provide them with information. With your creativity you give that little bit extra to the guest. Need a bite to eat? You know the best places in Amsterdam. A day of sightseeing? You map out the right route for them. Is the guest coming for his birthday? You surprise the guest with a personal card. Furthermore, you manage the cash register at the Front Office, take care of the correct administration and process incoming reservations. Thanks to your sharp eye and your warm welcome the guest has no choice but to return!

We are now an indispensable part of Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors you have a spectacular view of the entire city from our hotel. On the 17th floor you will find Floor 17. Here you can enjoy the most delicious cocktails and dishes at a height of 85 meters. The best events are organized on our roof terrace, such as movie nights, a game of ice hockey or relaxing yoga sessions. Meeting with a breathtaking view? That is also possible with us! In short, Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark is a dynamic place!
