PR & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (Maternity Cover)

As PR & Communications Manager Benelux, you shape and deliver integrated B2B and B2C communications for our 28 hotels. You strengthen brand awareness and reputation through media relations, compelling content, partnerships and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. You have two direct reports within the social media team.

Skills

• Strategic PR and communications expertise across B2B and B2C audiences.

• Strong media relations, copywriting, storytelling and brand partnership skills.

• Confident management of agencies, campaigns, press events and multiple stakeholders including the internal social media team.

• Experience with influencer and creator partnerships.

• Ability to support internal communications initiatives.

• Analytical, creative and hands-on, with a focus on measurable results and brand consistency.

• Minimum three years’ experience in PR, communications or marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel or leisure.

• Proven ability to manage projects, external agencies, media relationships and strategic partnerships independently.

• Fluent Dutch is mandatory, with excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving Benelux environment.

• The role is based at our Amsterdam office, with regular office presence expected.

• This is a maternity cover for 6 months
